Your new role Due to continued project growth, a Senior Electrical Engineer is required to lead the design and delivery of key building services projects. In this role, you will take ownership from concept through to completion, work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers. You will be a trusted technical advisor, ensuring designs are practical, compliant, and aligned with project objectives. Produce detailed electrical designs, including lighting, power, communications, security and dry fire systems Coordinate with architects, engineers and project stakeholders Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes What you'll need to succeed Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Minimum 5 years relevant experience, ideally local experienceProven experience delivering building services projects within a consultancy environmentCPEng highly regardedStrong communication, leadership and client engagement skillsCandidates must have full working rights for Australia What you'll get in return The business fosters a highperforming, collaborative environment where initiative is encouraged, and team members are supported to grow.
