Procurement Support / Analyst required for 12 Month FTC for NSW Govt Org Your new role The Procurement Analyst provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Procurement Business Partners across sourcing, evaluation, purchasing, and recordkeeping activities. The role ensures that procurement processes are conducted efficiently, accurately documented, and compliant with policies. This includes assisting with issuing and evaluating RFx events, coordinating Request for Quotation (RFQ) activity, supporting lowvalue procurement projects, managing procurement records, supporting SAP purchasing processes, and enabling effective communication between internal stakeholders and evaluation team members. Your new role RFx Issuing & Evaluation Support Check RFx tender documentation for completeness prior to release. Publish RFx events on Tenderlink (Port Authoritys thirdparty tender platform). Sourcing Support Guide and support Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for the business. Support sub$50K procurement activity in IT, recruitment, and other lowvalue categories. SAP Purchasing Support Review and approve Purchase Requisitions in SAP (within delegated authority). Recordkeeping & Administration Ensure all procurement processes are accurately recorded and stored in the correct locations. What you'll need to succeed Experience in procurement support, administration, sourcing, or related administrative/analytical roles is highly desirable.Understanding of procurement processes, RFx fundamentals, and recordkeeping requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) desirable.Experience using records management platforms (Content Manager preferred).Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
