This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support. As the first point of contact in P&C you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employees, and maintaining accurate records and processes. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle Coordinate various HR processes and activities such as service milestones, salary reviews Prepare employment documentation and maintain HR systems with a high level of accuracy Assist with reporting and compliance documentation Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner Identify and implement improvements to HR administration processes Event coordination and planning About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience highly regarded) Strong organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Confidence working both autonomously and within a team Strong MS Office skills and general computer literacy Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach A strong customer service mindset What’s next?
