Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Extensive diary management and meeting coordination Preparing and managing monthly billing (including amendments and client reporting) Drafting, formatting, and amending court documents and correspondence E-filing and court filing Managing briefs to Counsel and liaising with barristers and external stakeholders Matter management, including opening, closing, and maintaining electronic files Client liaison via phone and email General administrative support to Partners and Senior Associates The Candidate : The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant within a Litigation or Disputes team in a law firm environment. You will demonstrate: Strong knowledge of court processes and litigation procedures Confident end-of-month billing experience (Elite 3e or Aderant highly advantageous) Excellent attention to detail and time management skills The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and a proactive approach This is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney CBD.
