About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis and to provide ongoing support to executive-level management. Reporting to the Directors and Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: General administration and reception/front desk duties Contacting new and current clients via email and phone Supporting the sales function of the business Managing the quoting schedule and maintaining full sales diaries Maintaining high-priority quote lists and sales schedules using trade-specific software Qualifying phone/email enquiries and converting them into appointments Liaising with property managers and tenants to schedule quotes Re-scheduling existing and ongoing appointments Assisting with sales events and marketing material for property managers About You The successful candidate will have: Experience in retail management A professional phone manner with excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment Excellent organisational and time management skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills Geographical knowledge of Canberra (desirable) What's in it for You?
