Talenza have been engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find a M365 Engineer to work across a M365 uplift program of work. The successful candidate will be an experienced, hands-on senior engineer with proven experience delivering an M365 project at a similar size enterprise. This role requires 2 days per week on the south side of Brisbane and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights. Strong capability in analysis, design, and configuration of Microsoft 365 environments. Deep expertise across Microsoft 365 Security and Defender suite (Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, Entra ID). Hands-on experience with M365 apps, PowerShell scripting, Graph API, and automation. Strong knowledge of cloud services (SaaS, Azure, Identity, PaaS) within Microsoft ecosystems. Experience with enterprise Microsoft technologies including Exchange Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, Citrix, and enterprise support operations. Demonstrated ability to design secure solutions, improve operational effectiveness, and provide high-quality stakeholder engagement and support.
