Initial contract for 3-months Sydney or Melbourne preferred (open to other locations for the right candidate) Purpose of the role: In this role, you will be using your consulting, discovery and program management expertise to assess current versus future sales capability needs. You will work closely with People Partners and business stakeholders to define learning requirements, identify capability gaps and help shape the future sales capability roadmap. A key component of the engagement will involve supporting and contributing to an RFP process to identify and evaluate a specialist external learning partner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with stakeholders to define business problems and complete discovery work Identify required behaviours, knowledge and skills and conduct capability gap analysis Define success measures and ensure alignment to Enterprise sales strategy Scope and design the overall learning experience and capability uplift approach Develop structured recommendations to inform the Sales Capability framework review Support and contribute to the RFP process, including requirement definition and vendor evaluation Ensure strong governance alignment and strategic sign-off Apply data-driven decision-making and evaluation frameworks to guide recommendations Essential Skills Strong experience in business sales capability (ideally Enterprise sales) Experience in capability framework design and gap analysis Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Demonstrated program and project management capability Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and making data-driven improvements Experience contributing to or running RFP processes Human Centred Design capability and Workday learning exposure is desirable.
