Your new role We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on the Gold Coast, supporting the delivery of multi-residential developments. This role is integral to the success of each project, ensuring contracts are managed efficiently and procurement processes run smoothly.A key component of this position involves engaging with international suppliersparticularly in Chinato secure building materials and manage timelines effectively. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage contracts for multi-residential projects. Coordinate procurement activities, including engagement with overseas suppliers. Monitor budgets, variations, and progress claims. Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays. Maintain accurate records and reporting using project management software. Collaborate with Project Managers, site teams, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry (multi-residential experience highly regarded).Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and construction processes.Experience using Procore or similar project management software.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including dealing with international suppliers.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
