This role supports a high-volume workforce across multiple operational sites and offers full-time hours within a stable and collaborative environment. About the role Reporting into the Payroll team, you will provide payroll administration support across a large workforce. This is a busy, detail-focused role with a strong emphasis on award interpretation, compliance, system accuracy and supporting a broader payroll project. Key duties Processing payroll on a weekly and fortnightly basis Managing new starters, terminations and payroll variations Interpreting awards and enterprise agreements Processing leave, allowances, overtime and deductions Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data integrity Responding to payroll queries from employees and managers Supporting payroll system processes and project initiatives Assisting with reconciliations, reporting and compliance requirements Skills & experience Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator or Payroll Officer role Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements Experience processing high-volume payroll accurately and within deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Professional communication skills and discretion handling confidential information Exposure to UKG payroll software highly advantageous Next steps Apply now to be considered or reach out for a confidential discussion.
