You’ll support builders and trade customers, provide product advice, process sales, and deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced hardware environment. Hardware knowledge is highly valued, but strong initiative and a willingness to learn are just as important . What You’ll Do Serve builders and trade customers at the counter and over the phone. Provide product assistance across a wide hardware range (training provided). Operate POS systems confidently and handle sales transactions accurately. Support customer orders, quotes, and general enquiries. Assist with stock, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation. Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within hardware or trade. Confident computer and POS skills. Strong initiative and willingness to learn a broad product range. Good communication skills and the ability to deal with builders and trades.
