Relocation support is available for the right candidate looking to make the move to Hervey Bay. Your new role Reporting to the General Manager, this hands-on leadership role oversees the daytoday operations of civil construction sites. Youll manage safety, quality, workforce coordination, subcontractors, and project delivery ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to standard.You will play a key role within both the project and leadership teams, bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach to site operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on-site activities across civil infrastructure projects Maintain high safety, environmental and quality standards Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site crews Manage scheduling, daily planning, and resource allocation Monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement workable solutions Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders Contribute to a positive, highperformance culture onsite What you'll need to succeed You are an experienced Civil Supervisor / Site Manager with a proven track record delivering multiple civil projects concurrently. You bring strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to drive performance and outcomes.
