What You Need Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or distribution centre management Proven success leading and developing teams of 20 staff Strong operational, communication, and problem-solving capability Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Sheets) Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar (highly regarded) Valid LF Forklift Licence (mandatory) A hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset Candidates must hold a valid LF Forklift Licence to be considered for this position. What You’ll Be Doing As our Warehouse Manager, you will own the day-to-day performance of the Brendale Distribution Centre, ensuring stock flows safely, efficiently, and on time — every time.
