Your New Role As the Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries across phone, email and occasional facetoface interactions. Working 21 hours per week across three days (preferred days: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with flexibility for the right candidate), you will: Respond to client enquiries regarding products, services and accounts. Accurately process transactions and update client details in internal systems. Provide advice, product information and assistance with services such as business transactions, loan accounts, term investments, online banking, corporate Mastercards and EFTPOS facilities. Resolve client issues with professionalism and care. Liaise closely with the Support Services Manager to ensure seamless service delivery. Promote products and services that align with client needs. This role is offered at $45.00 per hour plus superannuation. What Youll Need to Succeed To be successful, you will demonstrate: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problemsolving abilities and a high level of attention to detail. The ability to handle pressure, multitask and manage competing priorities. Proficiency using computer systems and the confidence to learn new software quickly. A customercentric approach, with the ability to build rapport and support clients with professionalism and empathy. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
