Electrical Contract Administrator Data Centre Projects (Eastern Creek & Huntingwood) Eastern Creek & Huntingwood, Sydney 612 Month Contract (Minimum 6 Months) Tier 1 Electrical Contractor | Potential to Extend or Go Permanent Join a leading electrical contractor delivering major data centre projects across Western Sydney. With significant project activity underway, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Contract Administrator (CA) to support the Project Managers across two largescale sites Eastern Creek and Huntingwood. This role offers long-term contract stability, onsite exposure, and a strong pathway to permanency for the right person. About the RoleWorking closely with the PMs and engineering team, youll play a critical part in managing the contractual, commercial, and administrative functions that support successful project delivery. Internally, the business has dedicated Contract Managers working alongside the legal team however, there is now a gap at the project level, and they require a Contract Administrator who can operate closely with the PMs on site. You will be based on site 23 days per week, supporting both data centre projects and ensuring documentation, compliance, and commercial activities are managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with contract administration across both sites Prepare and process subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and variations Assist with claims, RFIs, progress payment schedules, and cost tracking Ensure all documentation aligns with contractual obligations and company standards Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and secure backtoback terms Monitor and help mitigate project risks relating to scope, time, and cost Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and contractors What Were Looking For Experience as a Contract Administrator within construction or electrical contracting Background with builders or general contractors (Built, Lendlease, Multiplex, electrical contractors, etc.)Understanding of construction contracts, variations, procurement, and project financials Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management Degree in Law or similar is welcomed but industry experience is preferred Whats on Offer 612 month contract with strong potential to extend or transition to permanent Exposure to cuttingedge data centre projects Onsite role (23 days per week) high engagement with PMs and site teams Opportunity to work for a highly respected electrical contractor Supportive internal structure with access to Contract Managers and legal specialists If youre an experienced Contract Administrator looking to expand your skills within the data centre and electrical infrastructure sector, contact Calico at Hays on 0448 993 845 or email your CV to [email protected] If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
