Help test new digital products and software before they are released to the public. Who You Are You must have proven phone-based customer service or contact centre experience . You are a CRM expert who can navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously with high accuracy. Since this is a hybrid role, you are trustworthy and self-motivated when working remotely.
