What You’ll Do As a key leader in our hospitality team, you will: ✔ Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. ✔ Ensure the venue is prepared and presented to the highest standards. ✔ Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding service. ✔ Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. ✔ Oversee stock control, cash handling, and venue security. ✔ Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for both staff and patrons. What We’re Looking For ✅ Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality. ✅ Barista skills and experience in a café setting. ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. ✅ Knowledge of RSA, RCG, WH&S, and food handling procedures. ✅ Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative. ✅ Basic PC skills (MS Office) and familiarity with Micros systems. ✅ OLGR-approved RSA & RCG competency card (or willingness to obtain). ✅ Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. ✅ Full working rights in Australia.
