You’ll be part of a team that creates a welcoming and motivating environment for our members and guests. Your role will include: Welcoming members and guests with a friendly smile Showing potential members around the Health Club and sharing the benefits of joining Promoting memberships and helping people start their fitness journey Assisting members with enquiries and day-to-day support Answering phone calls and helping with bookings and questions Delivering great customer service every day About You You’re someone who loves working with people and being part of a positive team environment. You’re approachable, motivated and take pride in helping others. You’ll bring: Experience in the fitness industry or a similar customer-focused role A passion for customer service and building strong member relationships Great communication skills and a confident phone manner The ability to stay organised and work well in a busy environment A bright, friendly personality and professional presentation A willingness to go the extra mile for members and the team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) Why Join Us?
