Do you enjoy upholding a high standard of service across all of your dealings? Then this could be the role for you! About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all inbound enquiries related to the businesses products and parts. You'll be responsible for providing an excellent experience to each inbound caller, dealing with enquiries, questions and price queries. Key Responsibilities: Inbound calls - customer orders and quote requests. Data Entry. SAP. Liaising with external and internal areas of the business. Liaising with clients. Adhoc administration duties as required. What You’ll Need: At least 12 months previous experience in an Internal Sales or Customer Service role. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail. Confident on the phone, dealing with inbound enquiries and resourceful in being able to source information to questions being asked. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment. Why Join?
