04th March, 2026 Commercial Electrician Engineering Trades Australia are currently seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to join a valued client for an ongoing project based in Toowong. The project is currently in the rough-in stage , so we are looking for tradespeople who can confidently read, interpret and work from plans with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to secure strong hourly rates on a well-structured commercial site. Key Responsibilities: Commercial rough-in works Reading and interpreting electrical plans and drawings Installing cable tray, conduits, wiring and associated fittings Working effectively within a site team to meet project deadlines Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards Requirements: Electrical Trade Qualification Current QLD Electrical Licence HRWL (Advantageous) Ability to read and interpret plans Own reliable transport Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS) What's On Offer: $55-$68 per hour penalties (based on experience) Ongoing commercial project Strong team environment Immediate start available If you're a skilled Commercial Electrician looking for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.
