About You Previous experience in hospitality & catering, or customer service role (Advantageous) Barista experience (Advantageous) Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. (RSA) (Advantageous) Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations. Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous) Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen.
