Job description We’re seeking a passionate, client-focused Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind transforming our custom homes into stunning, functional interiors that exceed client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements and budget expectations, translating their vision into practical, aesthetically pleasing, and functional interior design concepts. • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, and lighting design. • Produce detailed 2D/3D drawings, mood boards, and visualizations to effectively communicate design proposals and secure client approval. • Lead clients through the selection process for all interior materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, ensuring choices align with both design intent and budget. • Conduct regular on-site inspections during construction and fit-out phases to monitor progress, promptly address design-related issues, and ensure alignment with approved design plans. • Liaise closely with construction team to maintain design integrity and ensure seamless implementation of interior plans throughout the project lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you will have: • A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or a related field. • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design and rendering software. • Solid understanding of materials, finishes and FF&E processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
