This high-performing Corporate Advisory team supports a broad portfolio of Australian and international clients, delivering corporate governance, compliance and secretarial services. This role will suit a candidate from a legal or professional services background who thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment. We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced advisory environment, managing competing priorities and supporting senior stakeholders with precision. You will support a Corporate Advisory and Corporate Services team comprising lawyers, corporate paralegals and senior stakeholders, assisting with ongoing corporate governance, compliance and administrative requirements for a large client base. Your day to day responsibilities will be: Preparing and distributing corporate governance documentation including letters, resolutions, forms and presentations (with version control and track changes) Managing ASIC lodgements, company registrations, annual reviews and corporate compliance processes Conducting company and PPSR searches Opening, maintaining and closing files in line with firm protocols Managing billing processes, drafting invoices and supporting client accounts administration Processing expenses, trust-related administration and payment coordination Screening and managing correspondence, calls and enquiries Coordinating meetings, travel, couriers and document dispatch Maintaining internal databases, corporate registers and master lists Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives within Corporate Advisory Do you have the following skillset? Minimum 3 years’ experience within a legal, corporate secretarial or professional services environment Exposure to ASIC lodgements and corporate compliance requirements Experience in corporate governance, company secretarial or trust administration (highly regarded) Strong billing and financial administration capability Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Outlook and Word) Excellent attention to detail and document management skills Strong organisational ability with capacity to manage competing deadlines Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach Proactive, team-oriented and solutions-driven mindset This is a rare opportunity to join a respected corporate advisory practice offering high-quality work, strong team culture and genuine long-term career development.
