Your new role As part of SA’s most successful fleet dealership group, your new role as Fleet Sales Consultant with CMI Toyota Portside will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate fleet clients. You’ll successfully deliver on sales targets by providing a high standard of customer service excellence, maintaining customer relationships, maximising return business, and using your business development skills to follow up on leads and grow the fleet portfolio. What you’ll be doing Managing and nurturing existing corporate fleet accounts to achieve targets and KPIs Further developing new and existing corporate customer relationships Collaborating with internal departments to receive, action and deliver orders Maintaining a high level of subject matter expertise to provide informed advice About you To help achieve success in this role, you’ll have: Previous automotive and/or B2B sales experience (highly regarded) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and networks Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills with a variety of clients Good organisation and time management A current driver’s licence (essential) What’s in it for you?
