People who perform well here tend to grow internally. The Role You’ll support the commercial delivery of projects while gradually taking on more ownership. Expect exposure to: Letting trade packages and reviewing scopes Assessing subcontractor progress claims Managing variations and cost tracking Assisting with procurement and financial reporting Working closely with site teams to keep projects commercially tight This is about learning how projects are controlled financially, not just how they’re built physically. Who this suits You likely: Have 12–24 months’ experience with a commercial building head contractor Present well and communicate confidently Care about detail and understand that small commercial errors become big problems Want to build deep capability, not just jump titles every year You’re ambitious, but not impatient.
