This is a respected mid-sized consultancy working across some of Victoria’s land development projects. This role offers design ownership, a supportive team, and a chance to guide younger staff without letting go of the technical work you enjoy. In this role, you’ll: Lead technical delivery of land development projects across Victoria Oversee detailed design in 12D; you’ll guide the strategic work, not just check it. Mentor junior engineers Coordinate across other disciplines Be a trusted client contact, with the confidence to give sound, practical advice What you’ll bring: 10–25 years’ civil design experience, with a strong focus on land development Strong working knowledge of local authority standards and approval processes DAS accreditations.
