Site Engineer (Contract – 2 Months) North Sydney Industrial Construction Project Immediate Start Preferred We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a 2-month contract on a fast-paced industrial construction project based in North Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team and contribute to the successful delivery of a technically challenging build. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards Prepare and manage RFIs, variations, and site documentation Conduct site inspections and maintain QA records Monitor construction progress against program Assist with cost tracking and reporting Maintain strong WHS compliance across site Utilise Procore for project documentation, reporting, and communication About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar 3 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role (industrial experience highly regarded) Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination Demonstrated experience using Procore (essential) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to hit the ground running in a live project environment What’s on Offer 2-month contract with immediate start Competitive hourly or daily rate Exposure to a well-structured industrial project Supportive and professional site team Convenient North Sydney location If you are a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer available for your next contract opportunity, we encourage you to apply now.
