Job Title Facilities Administrator Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team onsite at a Correctional Facility based in Lara. This role is responsible for end-to-end work order management, purchase order processing, invoice coordination and supporting operational reporting to ensure service delivery obligations are met. Job Description Key Responsibilities Raise and process purchase orders within the management system Manage reactive and planned maintenance work orders end-to-end Financially close work orders in a timely manner Maintain Works in Progress (WIP) reporting Run daily reports and extend jobs as required Support monthly and six-monthly contractual reporting Liaise with Facility Coordinators to flag chargeable cases Ensure accuracy of data entry in JDE E1 Front of house duties including greeting visitors, handling deliveries and answering calls Provide invoice coding support and follow up outstanding supplier invoices About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or facilities support role Experience in work order management systems Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel essential) High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills Comfortable working within a correctional facility environment Experience with JDE E1 or similar CMMS system highly desirable Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Key Performance Expectations Job closures completed within 1 day Purchase orders processed within 4 hours Reporting completed by 10am daily Mobility job requests processed within 2 hours Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
