VP Recruit is looking for experienced Construction Leading Hand / Senior Labourer for a structured joinery installation project. We are looking for someone confident on site who can lead labour activities, coordinate workflow, and support the Site Supervisor in maintaining programme and site standards. Project Includes: • Large-scale indoor installation works • Structured site environment • Material coordination and workflow control • Long-term multi-stage programme You Must Have: • Minimum 3 years on active construction sites • Proven experience leading or supervising labourers • Strong understanding of site workflow and sequencing • Experience organising materials, deliveries and site logistics • Solid WHS awareness and site discipline • Ability to take initiative and work without constant direction Highly Regarded: • Experience on multi-residential or commercial projects • Experience working on joinery or cabinetry installation projects (advantage) • Ability to manage labourers team. • Strong communication with supervisors and trades • Organised, structured and detail-focused Pay & Conditions: • $35–$45/hr depending on experience • 6–8 month project with strong continuity potential • Indoor work environment • Consistent hours and weekly pay We prioritise workers who: • Step up naturally into leadership roles • Keep sites organised and productive • Communicate clearly and professionally • Maintain high standards without supervision If that sounds like you, apply here or send your resume to [email protected]
