You will be supporting a senior practitioner and a small team of litigators who are known not only for their expertise, but also for their genuinely warm and collaborative office culture. The Role This is a hands-on litigation support role where you will be involved in matters from commencement through to resolution. You will play a key part in ensuring files are managed efficiently and clients receive a high level of service throughout the process. Key responsibilities include: Managing estate litigation files Drafting legal correspondence, including initial letters and document requests Preparing Letters of Engagement and client authorities Liaising with clients, courts, and external parties Coordinating meetings and managing complex diaries Preparing court documents including summons, notices and affidavits (under guidance) Filing documents and arranging service Monitoring court dates and critical deadlines Assisting with mediation preparation and settlement documentation Maintaining accurate matter tracking and file records About You Previous experience as a Legal Secretary Strong drafting and document preparation skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional client manner Career Legal Secretary What’s On Offer Work alongside a highly respected estate litigation practitioner A genuinely supportive and friendly team culture Busy and engaging caseload High end, modern office How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
