Disability Support Worker – Medically Complex Supported Accommodation Location: Clyde North Employment Type: Part-Time (24/7 roster) We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join a skilled, fast-paced team supporting three clients with high physical and clinical support needs in a medically complex supported accommodation setting. This site requires confident, reliable support workers who can manage busy shifts, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality care within established clinical protocols. About the Role You will provide person-centred, active support to three clients with complex physical and communication needs. All clients have dysphagia and require safe mealtime and health support aligned with individual care plans. About the Clients Client 1 – A young woman who loves all things feminine and creative. She enjoys hair styling, nails, music, dancing, arts and crafts, and community outings. She communicates verbally, though attentive listening is sometimes required. Client 2 – A middle-aged man living with Cerebral Palsy who is passionate about sport and community outings. He is non-verbal and communicates through cues that familiar staff recognise. Client 3 – A young man living with Cerebral Palsy, complex communication needs, and intellectual disability. He is non-verbal but mobile and enjoys walks and weekly swimming outings. Shifts are structured and busy. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and time-management are essential. Roster - 4x PPT Positions.
