A well-established commercial builder is delivering a $5m childcare project on Brisbane’s northside and is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team. This role offers strong project ownership, exposure across the full CA function, and the support of an experienced delivery team. The Role Contract administration on a $5m childcare development Procurement and letting of subcontract packages Managing variations, progress claims, and cost reporting Supporting the Project Manager and site team Liaising with subcontractors and consultants Using Jobpac for cost tracking and contract administration What We’re Looking For 1–4 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior CA Commercial construction experience (childcare, education or similar ideal) Jobpac experience highly regarded Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control Strong communication and organisational skills Construction-related degree or trade background preferred For more information contact Richard Kerr on 0410929889 or send your resume to [email protected]
