Our Client Exciting opening for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join a National Services organisation based in St Leonards. Ideally, our client would like someone who has experience high volume admin & data support. This role will be 6 weeks initially and is based right near the train & metro lines, perfect for a Working Holiday Visa holder! Role Description This exciting and diverse role, will be focused on providing support to the Project Manager through administration and data entry duties! Your duties will include, but not be limited to: Supporting the project team with specific requests High volume admin & data entry Administration support to the wider team as required Liaising with external clients and internal teams Successful Candidate Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have; Previous experience within a similar Administrative role Excellent communication both written and oral Advanced MS Office skills Outstanding attention to detail Great problem-solving skills and use of initiative The successful candidate will be adaptive to changes in their schedule and daily duties and fluidly re-task as required. You will be collaborative and work well in a team, but also have strong autonomous capability. Guidance will be provided from the marketing and projects team, so it is essential that the successful candidate takes direction well and is able to communicate if they have any questions.
