You're organised. Detail-focused. Comfortable picking up the phone to chase pricing or information. And you don't wait to be told twice. Graduates with some industry exposure will be considered. Equally, this could suit someone returning to the industry part-time who wants a meaningful, varied role. What matters most is that you see this as a career step, not just a job. Where this could lead. As the business grows, so can you. Depending on your strengths, over time as your skills develop, this role could evolve into: Contract Administration Pre-Construction / Estimating Senior Construction Administrator with broader operational influence If you want to understand how a builder actually makes money and delivers projects properly, this is the kind of environment that teaches you.
