Our local council client is seeking an enthusiastic Business Support Officer with an eye for detail to provide administrative and business support, playing a key role in supporting departmental operations, professional customer responses and maintaining accurate documentation/system records. You'll be supported by a collaborative team environment, undertaking meaningful work that contributes to community outcomes. * $40.70 p.h Super * Full time hours (Mon-Fri) * 4 week assignment with possibility of extension * Caboolture, Moreton Bay QLD In this role you will: * Provide comprehensive administrative and business support * Prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence and respond to customer enquiries * Assist with tracking, processing and resolving requests through corporate systems * Prepare briefing notes, reports and presentations * Support process improvements * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders The ideal candidate will have: * Demonstrated administrative experience in a professional office environment * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and strong written & verbal communication skills * Organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail * Experience using TechnologyOne strongly desirable but not required If you possess the above and have a positive, adaptable, "can-do" attitude, I would love to hear from you!
