This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned National Law firm as part of their General Liability practice, acting across a broad range of defendant insurance matters. This high-performing team works closely with insurers and corporate clients on personal injury, public liability and complex defence claims, managing matters from early advice through to litigation and resolution. If successful, you'd be stepping into a structured and well-supported Brisbane-based team, supporting a fantastic team of 2 Solicitors, 1 Associate and 1 Law Graduate. This role is one that offers genuine involvement and meaningful exposure rather than just task-based support. The Role You’ll play a key role in keeping the practice running efficiently, providing hands-on legal support including: Opening and maintaining electronic matter files Managing billing processes, reporting and expense reconciliation Preparing court documentation and correspondence Coordinating diaries, meetings and travel Liaising with insurers, clients and external stakeholders Supporting file progression from commencement through to resolution This is a busy, litigation-focused environment where attention to detail, initiative and confidence juggling priorities will set you apart. About You You will bring at least 1–2 years’ experience within insurance litigation or defendant matters.
