TLH Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced LF Forklift Operator to join our client’s growing team in Dandenong South . This is an ongoing casual role with strong potential for permanent placement for the right person. What’s on offer: $35 per hour overtime available Monday to Friday work (weekend work optional) Ongoing, stable position Opportunity to go permanent Supportive team and safe work environment Immediate start Your day-to-day: General forklift operations (Counterbalance) Loading, unloading, and moving stock Picking and preparing pallet racking and shelving materials Stock control – sorting, organising, repacking and relocating inventory Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse Using tools and equipment (including basic computer systems for stock tracking) What we’re looking for: Current LF Forklift Licence with strong Counterbalance experience Confident handling bulky and awkward freight White Card Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role Experience using power tools Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused Driver’s licence and reliable transport Highly regarded: High Reach experience EWP licence / working at heights Experience with pallet racking or racking installation Why work with TLH Recruitment?
