With three approachable, easy-going Partners and a loyal client base spanning trading companies, family groups, trusts, trades, and agricultural businesses, this is a firm that blends professionalism with a genuinely supportive culture. About the Role You’ll be the backbone of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while supporting both clients and accountants. This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days look the same. What You’ll Be Doing Managing Work in Progress (WIP) and sending client checklists Setting up workpapers and preparing files for the accounting team Liaising with clients via email to request and follow up documentation Answering and directing incoming calls with a professional manner Collecting and sorting mail (1–2 times per week) Managing ATO correspondence via the firm’s digital mail system Processing ASIC Company Statements and monitoring payments Ordering stationery and office supplies Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Partners and wider team The firm operates in a modern, mostly paperless environment and uses systems such as Xero and NowInfinity.
