About the Team The CHQ Operations Centre sits under the Office of the Executive Director of Nursing Services & provides a wide range of services across the organisation. The admin team in the operations centre accept calls for nursing workforce groups that are in scope for the IWFM rostering solution & are requiring emergent leave, as well as staffing allocation management of the nursing pool staff & work closely with nursing colleagues to assist in patient flow. These responsibilities require a high attention to data integrity & ability to work autonomously within a team. About the Role The CHQ Operations Centre operates 24 hours, seven days a week and incorporates a range of services across Childrens Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service. (CHQ HHS). These include the management of Patient Flow & this position works in collaboration with high level nursing staff to assist in the management of patient flow & staffing capacity and demand. You will provide a high level of confidential administrative and business support to the work unit. The position assists with rostering and allocation related activities relating to emergent leave, replacements and allocations tasks, requiring a high level of attention to detail.
