MCR are seeking a technical sales support administrator for a global leader in innovative data centre cooling solutions in Western Sydney. Day to day responsibilities: Support the Sales Engineers with quotations, tenders, technical drawings and submissions. Provide engineering and technical support to clients, mechanical consultants, installers and resellers. Develop customer quotations / proposals and follow up on opportunities. Assisting in presentations by sales engineers Key Requirements: Mechanical engineering degree preferred otherwise strong hvac technical knowledge and experience of cooling / refrigeration products Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask with attention to detail Proactive with an eagerness to learn and develop Please note this is an office based role (Monday to Friday) which doesn't suit someone who his seeking flexible working arrangements.
