Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Cotton Purchase admin coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Cotton Administration Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless administrative support for Origination staff, delivering exceptional customer service to growers, gins, classers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for accurate contract and data processing, ensuring compliance with purchase requirements, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our cotton purchasing operations. This is a 6-month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Validate and process purchase contracts, bale data, P&D schedules and amendments Check accuracy of paperwork and ensure contract conditions are met Liaise with gins, classers, Origination, Logistics, Trading and IT teams Prepare daily purchase reports, assist with queries, and support month‑end adjustments Monitor system data, identify issues, and work with IT on improvements
