Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, you will contribute to the effective management of human resources, financial administration, and facilities coordination. Key Responsibilities Include Managing and supporting school support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring. Ensuring compliance with departmental policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements. Assisting with workforce planning, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance training is up to date. Providing financial administrative support, including budget reviews, data entry, and resource management. Coordinating maintenance activities, facility hire, and minor works to ensure safety and compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic school environment and is passionate about supporting educational outcomes.
