What You'll Be Doing - Deploying and maintaining wave buoys, storm tide gauges and coastal monitoring equipment - Working in the field along Queensland's coastline during operational and emergency situations - Analysing real-time wave and tide data that informs disaster response decisions - Preparing, testing and improving field-ready monitoring systems - Collaborating with experienced engineers and scientists on innovative coastal monitoring solutions This is not just an office-based engineering role , it's dynamic, practical and purpose-driven.
