With a strong national growth trajectory and expanding distribution footprint, they are now seeking a commercially astute National Retail Manager to lead retail execution across Australia. About the Role: I'm seeking for a Senior Commercial Retail Business Manager, who has the ability to drive national distribution, unlocking growth through major chains and retail groups and ensuring best-in-class in-store execution. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of National Retail accounts across key chains, banner groups and major independents. You will act as the strategic link between head office planning and in-store performance, leading range reviews, promotional strategy, trade marketing execution and commercial outcomes nationally. This role will play a critical part in scaling distribution and establishing a high-performing national retail sales structure as the business continues its rapid expansion. Key Responsibilities Grow national retail and banner group accounts Lead range reviews, new SKU submissions and promotional negotiations Drive distribution, rate of sale and shelf optimisation across retail networks Develop and execute national retail programs aligned to commercial strategy Partner closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to deliver strong POS and activation outcomes Support demand planning, forecasting and revenue reporting Monitor trade spend, margin, ROI and sales velocity Work collaboratively with State Sales Managers to ensure local execution excellence Represent the business at trade events, customer presentations and industry forums Contribute to the establishment and growth of the national retail sales team To be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail liquor or FMCG sales Must have demonstrated experience managing national chains Experience working with banner groups and major independents Strong commercial capability across forecasting, reporting and trade investment Confident stakeholder manager with experience engaging buyers and category managers Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally Highly organised, proactive and results-driven Natural leader who mentors and elevates team performance What’s In It For You: Competitive senior salary with performance incentives High level of autonomy and influence within a scaling national brand Product allowance Entrepreneurial, action-oriented culture with genuine growth opportunity Contact Jenny Hiep on ([email protected]) with an updated resume.
