IMPartners is recruiting for an experienced crane-truck operator to join the SA Construct team, a locally owned building subcontractor with its own manufacturing facility, specialising in high-quality building materials. The Role This position is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, delivery, and unloading of building materials to construction sites across Metropolitan Adelaide. The role will also rotate between transport and logistics (dispatch) duties within a small, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Transport materials safely to and from construction sites Load, restrain, unload, and secure building materials, using manual handling where required Operate overhead and truck-mounted cranes (HIAB) to deliver a range of building products Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, including oil, water, tyres, lights, and brakes Maintain accurate records of deliveries, loads, and PODs, verifying against delivery dockets Comply with relevant transport laws, COR, and NHVR regulations Sign onto construction site SWMS as required Wear company-approved uniform and maintain personal hygiene and professional standards Person Requirements: HR licence (minimum) CV and DG license essential HIAB experience required; forklift licence preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role White Card Monday–Friday availability Strong knowledge of transport laws and safety regulations Ability to complete required documentation for deliveries and collections RTA driving history printout mandatory High focus on safety in all aspects of work Prepared to undertake pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing How to Apply: Submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and skills relevant to this role.
