Your Role: As a Support Services Worker, you will play an essential part in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will focus on cleaning and laundry services, ensuring our home feels always welcoming and well-presented. Through your daily interactions, you’ll help create meaningful connections with residents, their families, and staff—supporting comfort, dignity, and a genuine sense of home. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness across resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas Complete routine and deep-cleaning tasks to a high standard Provide laundry services, including sorting, checking, labelling, washing, drying, folding, and returning resident items Ensure linen supplies are maintained and stored appropriately Restock cleaning supplies and hand hygiene stations as required Follow infection control procedures and safe work practices Complete required documentation and reporting accurately and on time Resthaven: Resthaven On Quarry is a 63-bed aged care home and part of the Apollo Care Alliance, a values-led, not-for-profit provider known for its supportive culture and people-first approach.
