ABOUT THE ROLE You will support the commercial delivery of modular projects from procurement through to installation and handover. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with production teams, site supervisors and subcontractors. The role focuses on cost control, subcontract management and financial reporting across multiple concurrent projects. DUTIES Prepare subcontracts and supply agreements Let packages and procure materials Assess progress claims and process payments Manage variations and EOT registers Prepare cost forecasts and cash flow reports Liaise with clients on head contract claims Maintain document control and procurement logs Support defect close-out and final accounts SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in CA or similar commercial role Commercial build, modular or civil exposure Strong subcontract and procurement knowledge Cost control and forecasting capability Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word Relevant construction qualification preferred CULTURE People enjoy working in this team because it’s practical, collaborative and delivery-focused.
