Role – NSW State Manager An exciting opportunity is now available to join their leadership team, devise the strategy for the expansion of their NSW business & lead them into their next phase of sustainable growth. Report directly to & work closely with a supportive and collaborative Executive GM Lead & support an operation of 35 employees across 2 offices, with significant growth planned over next 12-24 months Mentor an Operations Manager who directly leads the operational and project delivery teams Strong focus on the strategic assessment & establishment of new regions and business development Grow the divisions profile with major insurers across NSW & developing new relationships in regions earmarked for entry Be supported by Head Office including HR, Finance, Compliance, Systems, Business/Client Development & Operations teams Foster a culture of team, relationships, communication, safety, quality, service Contribute to the strategy development & direction of the national business, as part of the executive leadership team Experience Previous experience leading & mentoring people within a building / construction operation Process driven with a focus on developing & growing skillsets of the team Demonstrated experience growing a business unit or operation Collaborative, people oriented manager who values culture & relationships Exposure to P&L management or exposure to managing costs & budgets and willing to grow Do not miss this exciting opportunity to join a great team, a business who values their people and to take on a varied and challenging role, Apply NOW!
