On Track Recruitment Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration assistant to join a well-established and highly respected organisation based in Fremantle. About the Role: You will provide high-level administrative support to allocated divisions while assisting with reporting, stakeholder engagement activities, and document management. This is a diverse role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is on a 6 month contract, working Monday-Friday 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to allocated divisions Raise and receipt purchase orders Coordinate internal and external stakeholder events Support the EA with ad hoc and divisional-specific tasks Provide document management support Provide reception coverage and respond to general enquiries Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative support role Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional time management and organisational skills This role plays a key part in delivering efficient and effective administrative support, ensuring processes and performance outputs align with broader business objectives.
