About The Role The Site Engineer is to significantly assist in providing engineering and delivery expertise in the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and construction of the project. Liaise with Project Manager to ensure the Project is on schedule & with all stakeholders on all relevant technical aspects of the project. Participating in design reviews in a collaborative team environment & make recommendations Be the focal point for all technical related support About You You will thrive in a technical environment, and able to solve a problem. Ideally you will have: Minimum 2 years’ experience with the Rail Signalling Industry - ESSENTIAL Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering (Mech or Elec.) at degree level will be preferred but not essential Queensland Rail Engineering Statement of Competency will be preferred but not essential Experience in reviewing design documentation, providing constructive critic (‘constructability’ input) and implementing final designs.
