About The Role As the Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient administrative operations of the school. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, you will provide timely and relevant support to ensure the smooth running of the school's daily activities. Key Responsibilities Include Managing reception duties, including handling phone and counter enquiries, correspondence, and appointments. Maintaining school records, processing mail, and coordinating student transport for school activities. Providing administrative support for school staff, including managing timesheets, leave applications, and relief arrangements. Assisting with financial tasks such as processing payments, banking, and managing school accounts. Organising school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of school facilities. This role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, and values contributing to a positive school community. About You The following traits would be beneficial: Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in administrative or financial tasks, including record-keeping and data entry. Proficiency in using office software and systems, such as Microsoft Office and OneSchool.
